By registering for any program with Leaside Elite Soccer Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Registration and Payment
- Payment is required to secure a spot in any program.
- Fees may change with advance notice for future seasons.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Refund Policy
Before Program Start
Refunds may be issued before the program start date, minus a small administrative fee.
After Program Start
No refunds after the program begins except in exceptional circumstances.

Player Conduct
All players must adhere to the following standards:
- •Respect coaches, staff, and teammates at all times
- •Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- •Maintain a positive attitude and sportsmanship
The club reserves the right to remove players for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
Parent Conduct
Respectful Behavior
Maintain respectful sideline behavior at all times.
No Sideline Coaching
Let coaches do their job without interference.
Health and Safety
Medical Disclosure: Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements during registration.
Participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Schedule Changes
Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify participants in advance through email and text messages.
Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. Parents may opt out by submitting a written request to info@leasideelitesc.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
